Farm School

Farm School is a hands-on learning experience for pre-school through teens. Classes are held Tuesday and Thursday from 10:00 am – 2:00 pm each semester. We will experience core subjects with the farm as our classroom. Homeschool families familiar with co-op and unit studies will recognize the value of this kind of learning environment.

I acknowledge:- No alcohol is allowed on the property- Smoking is permitted in designated area only- We need to clean up after our event- This is a family home, so we'll watch our language- If something is broken from misuse, we'll need to replace itPLEASE READ THIS DOCUMENT CAREFULLY: BY SIGNING IT, YOU ARE GIVING UP YOUR AND/OR YOUR SPOUSE AND MINOR’S LEGAL RIGHTS INCLUDING THE RIGHT TO BRING A LAWSUIT IN COURT AND/OR HAVE THE CLAIM DECIDED BY A JURY. BY SIGNING THIS AGREEMENT, I AM GIVING UP MY RIGHTS AND THE RIGHTS OF MY SPOUSE AND/OR CHILD(REN) TO SUE Michael and/or Patricia Hayward (SMALL WONDERS FARM) FOR ANY INJURY, INCLUDING PARALYSIS OR DEATH, RESULTING FROM PARTICIPATION IN SMALL WONDERS FARM CAMP.

Tennessee Title 43 Chapter 39

Under Tennessee law, there is no liability for an injury to or death of a participant, or damage to the property of a participant, in an agritourism activity conducted at this agritourism location or by this agritourism professional if such injury, death, or property damage results from the inherent risks of the agritourism activity. Inherent risks of agritourism activities include, among others, risks of injury and damage inherent to land, equipment, and animals, as well as the potential for you to act in a negligent manner that may contribute to your injury or death or to the damaging of your own property. You are assuming the risk of participating in this agritourism activity.
I therefore release liability for Small Wonders Farm and assume all risks.
