About Small Wonders Farm

Farm Camps

Farm Camp is an experience for kids ages 4 – 90. We have games, music, educational experiences with live animals, crafts and projects that teach skills, and work experience helping to care for the animals. Teenagers may qualify to volunteer as helpers, learning about leadership while helping guide and direct the younger kids through camp programs.

Camp runs Monday through Friday from 10:00 am – 2:30 pm. Cost for the week is $100/child or $25/day for drop-ins

LIABILITY WAIVER AGREEMENT
SMALL WONDERS FARM PARTICIPANT AND ARBITRATION AGREEMENT, INDEMNIFICATION, GENERAL RELEASE AND ASSUMPTION

PLEASE READ THIS DOCUMENT CAREFULLY: BY SIGNING IT, YOU ARE GIVING UP YOUR AND/OR YOUR SPOUSE AND MINOR’S LEGAL RIGHTS INCLUDING THE RIGHT TO BRING A LAWSUIT IN COURT AND/OR HAVE THE CLAIM DECIDED BY A JURY. BY SIGNING THIS AGREEMENT, I AM GIVING UP MY RIGHTS AND THE RIGHTS OF MY SPOUSE AND/OR CHILD(REN) TO SUE Michael and/or Patricia Hayward (SMALL WONDERS FARM) FOR ANY INJURY, INCLUDING PARALYSIS OR DEATH, RESULTING FROM PARTICIPATION IN SMALL WONDERS FARM CAMP.

Tennessee Title 43 Chapter 39

Under Tennessee law, there is no liability for an injury to or death of a participant, or damage to the property of a participant, in an agritourism activity conducted at this agritourism location or by this agritourism professional if such injury, death, or property damage results from the inherent risks of the agritourism activity. Inherent risks of agritourism activities include, among others, risks of injury and damage inherent to land, equipment, and animals, as well as the potential for you to act in a negligent manner that may contribute to your injury or death or to the damaging of your own property. You are assuming the risk of participating in this agritourism activity.
I therefore release liability for Small Wonders Farm and assume all risks.
