Welcome to Small Wonders Farm. By booking an event, registering for a camp or school, or visiting our property, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. General Farm Rules & Safety
- All visitors must check in upon arrival.
- Children must be supervised by a parent or authorized guardian at all times, except during registered drop-off programs (Farm Camps, Farm School).
- Do not feed the animals anything other than the feed provided or approved by farm staff.
- Do not enter animal enclosures without a staff member present.
- Please walk, do not run, around the animal areas to avoid startling them.
- Smoking, vaping, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited on farm property.
2. Liability & Waivers
Under Tennessee law, an equine professional or agritourism professional is not liable for an injury to or the death of a participant in equine activities or agritourism activities resulting from the inherent risks of such activities.
All participants (or their legal guardians) must sign a liability waiver prior to participating in any activity, including but not limited to Farm Camps, Farm School, Birthday Parties, and Petting Zoo interactions. Refusal to sign the waiver will result in denied entry/participation without refund.
3. Payments, Cancellations & Refunds
Farm Camps & Farm School
- Full payment is required to secure your child's spot.
- Cancellations made 14 days or more before the start date may be eligible for a partial refund. Cancellations within 14 days are non-refundable.
- We reserve the right to dismiss any child whose behavior is disruptive or unsafe, without refund.
Weddings & Private Events
- A signed contract and non-refundable deposit are required to hold your date.
- Payment schedules and cancellation terms will be outlined in your specific event contract.
- Damage to farm property during an event will be billed to the primary contact on the contract.
4. Weather Policy
As an outdoor facility, our activities are subject to weather conditions. We operate rain or shine, provided conditions are safe. In the event of severe weather (e.g., lightning, extreme heat, flooding), we reserve the right to delay, reschedule, or cancel activities. If the farm cancels an event due to weather, we will offer a makeup date or appropriate credit/refund.
5. Photography & Media Release
By visiting Small Wonders Farm, you grant permission for the farm to take photographs and video recordings of you and your dependents. These may be used for promotional purposes, including our website, social media, and advertising, without compensation. If you wish to opt-out of the media release, please notify us in writing prior to your visit.
6. Health & Wellness
For the safety of our staff, animals, and other guests, please do not visit the farm if you or your child are experiencing symptoms of contagious illness (fever, vomiting, diarrhea, etc.). We ask that participants be symptom-free for 24 hours before attending any programs.
7. Changes to Terms
Small Wonders Farm reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this website.
