As a pastor, Michael always counseled couples not to spend more time, energy, effort, and resources on the one day than they do on the lifetime that's going to follow. We carry that spirit into our role as a venue believing that it is more important for the day to be memorable, beautiful, and God-honoring than it is expensive.

We do not allow alcohol on the property.

No smoking in the barn or around the house. Smoking is only permitted by the fire pits.

Wedding Venue Rental Agreement & Waiver

I, the undersigned, agree to the following terms for use of Small Wonders Farm facilities (1370 Siloam Church Rd, Westmoreland, TN 37186):

RENTAL TERMS: Venue rental ($1,500 total). Price includes 3 days access (decorate, rehearsal, ceremony).

RULES: No alcohol permitted on the property. No smoking inside the barn or near the house — smoking only permitted by fire pits. Renter is responsible for leaving the facility in the same condition as found.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT: Renter agrees to be responsible for any damage to the property, animals, or equipment caused by renter's guests.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK: I understand that events may include animal interaction and outdoor activities. I assume all risk on behalf of myself and my guests.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY: I release Small Wonders Farm and its owners from liability for any injuries or property damage occurring during the rental period.
